How do I list an item?

Create an account, then click "Sell" in the navigation. Fill out the listing form with your item details, fiber content from the tag, and upload photos. At least one photo of the garment tag is required.

What are fiber tiers?

We categorize items by their natural fiber content: 100% Natural (pure), Majority Natural (50%+), and Natural Blend (30-49%). Items must contain at least 30% natural fibers to be listed.

How does shipping work?

Sellers set their own shipping prices and are responsible for shipping items to buyers. Once shipped, sellers add tracking information to the order.

What if I have a problem with my order?

If your item doesn't match the description or there's an issue, you can open a dispute from your order detail page. Our team will review and help resolve the issue.

How do seller tiers work?

New sellers start at the "New" tier. As you complete successful sales with positive outcomes, you progress through Established, Trusted, and Anchor tiers. Higher tiers enjoy lower fees and faster payouts.
